Can I donate new and used books, magazines, videos, or music CDs? The Library gratefully accepts the donation of books and audiovisual materials. These items must be clean and in good condition. Please limit your donations to no more than two boxes at a time. Please do not donate textbooks or Reader's Digest Condensed Books. No conditions may be imposed relating to any material after its acceptance by the Library. Each item will be evaluated for its suitability for the collection. Items not added to the library collections may be turned over to the Friends of the Lockport Public Library for sale. The Friends of the Library hold two book sales annually and offer a year-round book sale in which donated materials are sold to benefit the library.

Do you have a photocopier? Copiers are available on Floor 2 and Floor 3. The cost is $0.15 per black & white copy, $0.50 per color copy.
Can I send or receive a fax at the Library? We do not offer fax services to the public.

Freedom of Information Law - Lockport Public Library is committed to complying with New York's Freedom of Information Law that provides open access to public records. The library will process all written requests according to the timelines and policies established by New York State. To receive copies of the requested records, there will be a fee of $0.25 per page.
